Our Story
Stelio Birbas saw an old, forgotten warehouse in Bowden and had a simple idea: "What if we make some top-notch pizzas in here?" And that’s how Pizza Meccanica began. It wasn’t an overnight transformation; there were challenges, old bricks to clear, and permissions to get. But bit by bit, a pizza place with a genuine heart took shape. It’s a space where memories of the old workshop meet the warmth of a wood-fired oven. Stelio’s vision? A spot where everyone feels at home, enjoys a laugh, and dives into a pizza that’s made with a whole lot of love.
